Since all orders require a1155 form (Order for supplies or services) completed and signed we have provided you with an online 1155 form you can fill out, print and fax your order to us.

CREDIT CARD ORDERING: Please put your Credit Card information on the 1155. If you like you may also call with Credit Card information and we will respond accordingly.

DISCOUNT INFORMATION: GSA customers can take a 26% discount off all list prices ( GSA customers may also use our GSAADVANTAGE catalog online. PACIFIC RIM (solicitation # RFP#: HE1260-09-R-3004) contract items can be discounted at 40% off the list price in our catalog.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: All items will be shipped via UPS to a State side address unless indicated. 5% will be the shipping cost for normal delivery. FED/EX will be used on all expedited orders and subject to additional shipping charges per weight of the order.
